Capabilities

Dura 21 employs an advanced form of cryogenics, in addition to other durability-enhancing techniques, including Surface Modification, Lubricant, Enhanced Alloying, and Part Manufacturing Technologies. This state-of-the-art, patent-pending technology extends the lifespan of machinery and parts.

Cryogenic treatment

Cryogenics involves super-cooling equipment parts inside a cryogenic treatment chamber utilizing our patent pending process. This process favourably realigns the molecular structure of metals and some other materials, thereby increasing their durability and resistance to wear.

Surface Modification Technology

Dura Lab Technologies will offer the ability to modify a combination of proprietary surface modification and/or cryogenics where applicable to significantly increase resistance to wear.

Enhanced Alloying

Our Wear Specialists have determined that excessive wear is often the result of undesirable metal alloy composition. Modifying the alloy will result in enhanced wear characteristics.

Mechanical Process Modification

The mechanical process utilized in the part application can result in an unacceptable rate of wear and failure. Analysis followed by corrective action may provide a positive change in the wear pattern.

The Duragenic™ Process

Through our Duragenic™ Process we will analyze your needs and create an individualized plan for meeting your equipment-performance objectives.

The Result

Your machine parts will be stronger and more durable – and so will your business.
